The Fluke Ti401 PRO Thermal Camera provides everything an industrial professional would need to swiftly, safely and simply find, fix and follow up on potentially critical issues. Suitable for most industrial environments with a temperature measurement range between -20°C to 650˚C, the Ti401 can help solve problems before costly downtime is required. Discover anomalies and small details fast thanks to a thermal resolution of 640 x 480 (307,200 pixels), an IFOV of 0.93 mRad and an accuracy of ±2°C or 2%. The 34° x 24° Field of View (FOV) provides the user with unparalleled flexibility, capable of operating in both tight spaces or from a larger distance. Fluke thermal cameras only use the best optics to produce high quality images, incorporating 100% diamond-turned germanium lenses with specialty coatings. This rugged, every day imager is easy to use and exactly what is needed to create and maintain a custom preventive maintenance program. Other advanced features supplied with the Fluke Ti401 PRO include wireless connectivity, a built-in 5MP digital camera, laser pointer and LED torch. Text annotations allow the user to add custom notes to captured images whilst hot & cold spot markers and centre-point temperature measurements are useful for understanding the on-screen results. In addition, on-screen emissivity correction, reflected background temperature compensation and transmission correction functions enhance the crystal clear imagery even further. Multiple language options, 9 standard palette options and 9 ultra contrast palette options are all offered with the Ti401 PRO.

Designed for simple one-handed image capture in even the toughest of on-site environments, the Fluke Ti401 PRO has a 4GB internal memory and space for an extra 4GB micro SD card. Image file formats can be either non-radiometric BMP, JPEG, or fully-radiometric is2. Protected by a ruggedised outer-casing, the 3.5″ 640 x 480 LCD display is drop tested to 2m and rated IP54 against water or dust ingress. Powered by a rechargeable battery, the Ti401 PRO is covered by a two year warranty with extended warranties available. This thermal camera is compatible with a range of different Smart Lenses, sold separately these additional accessories which require no calibration while further improving versatility & image quality.

IR-PhotoNotes

All necessary thermography data captured by the Fluke Ti401 PRO Thermal Camera is stored within the image itself, saving busy engineers having to remember exactly which asset they viewed and where. The practical IR-PhotoNotes function gives users a way of locating saved thermal images on the computer via references such as asset numbers or any other suitable identifier.

Asset Tagging

Use Fluke Connect Asset Tagging to scan a QR code on the object in question and all subsequent images will be automatically sorted and organised together. Eliminating the need to drag and drop images, there is no longer any requirement to spend an age renaming files or searching for individual pictures one at a time. Use this feature to simplify reporting and quickly compare measurement types in one location, whether mechanical, electrical or infrared.

Fluke Connect Software

The Ti401 PRO Thermal Camera is compatible with Fluke Connect, the ultimate solution for quickly sorting and storing captured images. Featuring a modern visual design and intuitive menu navigation, this software simplifies work flow and reduces unnecessary downtime. Wirelessly synch your camera to your smart device, and images taken will automatically upload to the Fluke Connect app for saving and sharing. Users can edit & optimise captured pictures, access thermal images from cloud storage and even search through logged evidence by asset, severity or title. Export multiple file formats with Fluke Connect software such as BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG and TIFF.

With a remote display available through the Fluke Connect, use this software to combine infrared and visible images for simpler analysis and detailed reporting. By saving measurements directly from the unit, eliminate data-entry errors and make confident maintenance decisions with traceable data.
